TWZ Investments, LLC is an investment and financial-services firm operating across four capacities: principal dealing for our own account (financial contracts, mineral and oil royalties, mortgages, tax liens, venture capital, viatical settlements), customized fee-paid advisory and fund management, fiduciary and trust administration, and market services including clearinghouse, quotation, and transfer-agency functions. This website is informational and is operated from our office at 7359 S State Route 123, Blanchester, Ohio 45107.

• Inquiry content — the situation, tape category, and timeline you describe.
• Client-intake data — where an engagement proceeds, information required by engagement agreements and applicable regulation, which may include identity documentation, financial objectives, and fiduciary instructions.
• Technical data — standard hosting logs: IP address, browser type, pages requested, timestamps. We do not operate advertising trackers on this site.

• Professional advisers — counsel, accountants, and auditors where needed for the engagement.
• Regulators and law enforcement — where legally required, including court orders and lawful requests.
• Transaction counterparties — only as necessary to execute a mandate you have instructed (e.g., transfer agents, clearing entities), under the instrument's terms.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for third-party marketing.

This site does not set advertising cookies. Minimal technical storage may be used for site function (e.g., remembering interface state). Standard server logs are retained for security diagnostics. If analytics are added in future, this policy will be updated.

8. Data Retention

Inquiry correspondence is retained for the life of the resulting relationship plus the period required by applicable financial recordkeeping rules (commonly three to seven years after a matter closes). Fiduciary and transfer-agency records are retained for the periods required by the governing instrument and regulation. Records past their retention period are destroyed securely.

We apply administrative, technical, and physical safeguards proportionate to financial information: access controls, encryption in transit, segregated mandate records, and limited personnel access. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure; we will notify affected parties of breaches where required by law.
