Two sides,
marked plainly.
TWZ INVESTMENTS, LLC is based at 7359 S State Route 123, Blanchester, Ohio. We deal as principal when it's our capital, advise for a fee when it's yours, and administer when the instrument says so — the side is always printed on the ticket.
Three marks
on every
ticket.
Markets punish blur. When a firm deals, advises, and administers under one roof, the only thing that keeps it honest is marking the side of every transaction — so we print it.
- PRNCPLOwn account, own risk. When TWZ deals — royalties, liens, mortgages, venture, viaticals — it's our capital in the trade, disclosed as principal.
- ADVSRClient pays, client decides. Customized advice and planning is fee-paid by the client — no product commissions, no hidden spreads.
- FIDUCThe instrument rules. Trust, estate, escrow, and custodial administration follows the document — not convenience.
From royalties
to clearing.
The tape runs wide: own-account dealing in mineral and oil royalties, tax liens, mortgages, venture positions, and viatical settlements — then fee-paid planning and fund management — then estates, escrow, custody — then the machinery itself: clearinghouses, quotation feeds, transfer agencies, virtual currency clearing.
Few firms hold all four tapes. The discipline is keeping them separate: which tape a matter runs on is decided before work starts, stated in the engagement, and printed on the record.
Before the
first line.
We operate across four capacities — principal dealing for our own account, fee-paid advisory, fiduciary administration, and market services such as clearing and transfer. Which capacity applies is stated in every engagement before work begins.
Advisory and planning work is customized and paid by the client — flat fees or basis-point arrangements disclosed in writing. We don't earn commissions on products we recommend.
Principal means TWZ's own capital is in the position — royalties, liens, venture, mortgages. Advisory means you're the client paying for counsel and you own the decision. The two are never blended in one mandate.
Only under fiduciary engagements — securities custody, trust administration, escrow — and only under the governing instrument. Advisory clients keep custody with their own custodian.
